Notice of Annual Stockholder Meeting and Election
The Lawrence Water Supply Corporation (WSC) Board of Directors will hold the Annual Stockholder Meeting on Thursday, April 30, 2026. The meeting will take place at 5632 CR 237A and will begin at 7:00 p.m.
Lawrence WSC is a non-profit, member-owned corporation. The membership is responsible for electing the Board of Directors who set policies and make decisions at regular meetings as set forth in the By-Laws. The Board of Directors consists of five (5) members of Lawrence WSC. The Annual Stockholder Meeting is held to conduct the business required of the membership, to elect Board Members, to report on the financial status of the Corporation, and to report on any other issues affecting the membership.

The following candidates are declared elected by official board resolution pursuant to Texas Water Code Sec. 67.0055: Linda Furguson; Denise Carter; Carolyn Gift; Kim Pierroti.
